Nana Fredua
Agyeman Pambuo
Nana Fredua Agyeman Pambuo is the Executive Chairman & CEO of Nana Pambuo, Investpro Limited and its related group of companies. He was the Contract & Procurement Director for Shell International responsible for West Africa based in Ivory Coast. Prior to this he was the Regional Director in charge of Africa and Middle East Division for Colgate Palmolive based in South Africa. He started his career with Arthur Andersen & Co in New York, USA where he handled complex consultancy projects, investment and financial advisory, and performed statutory audits for listed companies on the NYSE with market capitalization in excess of US$50 Billion.
In the beginning of 2008, Nana was appointed as the Executive Supervising Director (a position above the Managing Director) of Merchant Bank Ghana Limited, which had become insolvent and facing receivership. In this position, he totally restructured the operations of the bank and turned the fortunes of the bank around, posting a net profit, and payment of dividends of the equivalent of US$1 Million for the year ended 2008, the first time since 2001. Thereby cementing his status as one of the foremost Business Turnaround Specialist in Africa.
Nana’s international corporate experience and positive impact in Ghana have been recognized with appointments to the board of directors of SSNIT, Merchant Bank, Ghana Supply Company Limited, Ghana Shippers’ Council, Ghana Employers’ Association, Labadi Beach Hotel, African University College of Communications Business School, and as the premier chairman of the Board for the Otumfuo Osei Tutu II Charity Foundation, SSNIT Informal Sector Fund and Switchback Development Limited.
Nana has been a consultant to the World Bank, Commonwealth Secretariat, African Development Bank, Government of Ghana and was a principal consultant for the write-up and enactment into law of the Public Procurement Act. In the area of conflict resolution, diplomacy and traditional leadership, Nana served as the Benkumhene of the Ankaase/Dominase Traditional Area in the Asante Kingdom.
Nana holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration from Delaware State University and Pace University respectively. He also holds a WSET Advanced Level Certificate. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors-Ghana and a member of the Association of Ghana Industries.

Owusu Afriyie Prempeh
Executive Director
Owusu Afriyie Prempeh is the Executive Director at Nana Pambuo, Investpro Limited and its related group of companies. He is currently the Manager, Corporate Finance at Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC). He has previously played the role of Budget Coordinator for the Corporation.
Prior to joining GNPC, he spent over six years at The Royal Bank/Consolidated Bank Ghana. During this time, he was Money Market and Forex dealer in the Treasury Department and managed the Bank’s regulatory prudential reserve requirement.
Owusu Prempeh is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master’s Degree in International Finance from the University of Westminster, European School of Business (CERAM), (Dual Master’s Degree Programme), and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons.) in Law & Sociology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
Owusu Prempeh is a holder of University of Cambridge’s General Management Programme certificate and has successfully completed IFRS, including S1 and S2 workshop by Vantage Point and Ghana Securities Industry Certificate by Ghana Stock Exchange.
He also holds certificates in “The Art of Leadership”, “Analytics and Big Data” and “Exploration and Production Accounting”. He has attended numerous FX, Money Market, Derivative and Fixed Income Trading training courses held by Citibank, Exam Ready, ACI Ghana and the National Banking College.
Owusu Prempeh is a member of both Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA/CGMA) United Kingdom and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ghana (ICAG).
Kossi Semeglo
Executive Consultant
Kossi Semefio Semeglo is an Executive Consultant at Nana Pambuo, Investpro Limited and its related group of companies. He is also a language and communication professional with expertise in English, French and German.
Kossi was the Public Relations and cultural Officer at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Accra between 2015 and 2024 where he worked on the implementation of various projects, participated in many High-level investment summits and was involved in several official and state visits by Ghanaian and German government personalities aimed at facilitating sustainable development and investment in Ghana and Africa.
He started his career as a language instructor and translator. He worked with international establishments such as the Goethe-Institut Ghana and the Lycée Français International d'Accra.
Kossi holds a Master of Art in International Affairs and a Bachelor of Art in Translation from the University of Ghana.
